TAP/R® for Dishwashers
Problem:
Customer had issues with a machine screw in a blind tapped hole in stainless steel due to debris in the threads and cross threading.
Solution:
Customers moved to a Tap/R® thread forming screw, which was able to clear debris from the hole and properly find the mating threads during installation.
Impact:
Eliminated down time on the assembly line due to debris in the hole and cross threading.
